As Oil & Gas Production continues to develop in new and changing areas, the pipeline infrastructure needed to transport various petroleum products to market continues to expand. In North America, transmission infrastructure is being built to prevent regional oil & gas bottlenecks and allow production to increase from U.S. shale plays and the Canadian oil sands. Europe continues to invest heavily in natural gas transmission infrastructure to diversify sources and routes, while the growing economies of Asia demand more petroleum products in new locations.
